Questions

Is this for runners or lifters?

Both, that's the point. Brawnix is built for people who lift and are adding running, biking, swimming, or hiking (or the other way around). If you only do one, a single-sport app will serve you better.

What is “interference”?

The well-studied effect where endurance work blunts strength adaptations (and vice versa) when they're stacked badly. The fix isn't training less, it's sequencing. That's what the engine handles.

Do I need a watch or heart-rate strap?

No. Plain-English logging is enough for the coach to work. Wearable sync (Apple Watch, Garmin, Strava) is on the roadmap and will deepen the analytics.

Where does Brawnix run?
