Brawnix ("we", "us") is a hybrid strength-and-endurance training app. These terms cover your use of the Brawnix app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Brawnix.
Brawnix is a fitness and training tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app, including anything produced by the AI coach, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Training carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell while training.
The AI coach and the voice logger generate responses automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you, and they do not know anything about you beyond what you have entered. Treat their suggestions as a starting point and apply your own judgement. You are responsible for what you choose to do in the gym.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address; there is no password to manage. Keep access to that inbox secure, as anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 13 years old to use Brawnix. One account is for one person. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your identity permanently.
You agree not to:
Brawnix offers a free tier and paid Pro and Max subscriptions, available monthly or annually. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and may change with notice.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, depending on where you bought. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play; deleting the app does not cancel it. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.
Free accounts get a one-time allowance of AI credits. Credits are spent when you use a feature that costs us a model call: asking the AI coach, and voice logging, which is charged by the length of the recording. The current rates are shown in the app before you spend them, and your remaining balance is always visible.
Credits are a usage allowance, not a currency. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, are not refundable, and the free allowance does not refill. Paid subscriptions are not metered in credits. Running out of credits never affects the workouts, runs or history you have already logged, which stay available to you.
New accounts may receive a limited free trial with full access. We show you the price and the days remaining during the trial, and no card is required to start it. When the trial ends, paid features stop unless you subscribe. Logging workouts, runs and your history remains free. Your training data remains yours and is not deleted when a trial expires.
We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
Your training data, messages to the coach and profile photo remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service for you, including sending relevant context to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Brawnix is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from reliance on AI-generated suggestions, or from lost or unavailable data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf. It forms part of these terms.
